 Name of the veterinary medicine
Common Name: Domperidone Maleate for Injection (DOM)


Main ingredients: Domperidone (DOM)

 

Form: The product is in white lyophilized bulk or powder.


Indications: Used in combination with luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone A2 pro injectione namely LHRH- A2), for artificial propagation of general and rare seawater and freshwater fish.

Direction: Add appropriate amount of physiological saline to it. And grind the mixture into a suspension into a mortar so that it contains 5-10mg/ml DOM. Prepare a solution of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone A2 with physiological saline so that each ml contains 5-20ug LRH- A2. Mix the two solutions evenly for injection in the abdominal cavity (at the base of breast fin) or intra-muscular injection (near the base of the dorsal fin). Following is the dosage for female fish per kg weight:
Carp: 1mg DOM +1-2ug (LRH- A2)/ kg Weight
Grass Carp: 3mg DOM +1-2ug (LRH- A2)/ kg Weight
Silver Carp and variegated Carp: 3mg DOM +1-5ug (LRH- A2)/ kg Weight
Dace: 5mg DOM + 5-10ug/kg/weight (LRH- A2)
Bream: 3mg DOM + 1-2ug/kg/weight (LRH- A2)

Cat Fish: 5mg DOM + 5ug/kg/weight (LRH- A2)
Loach: 3 mg DOM + 1ug/kg/weight (LRH- A2)

Attention: About 1/4 of the dosage for above female ripe fish is needed for male ripe fish.
Medicine suspension: 20 days
Size: 50mg, 100mg
Packing: 10 bottles in the box
Storage: Protect it from light, air-tightly; keep in the dark and dry place.
